    “I’ve been practicing Yoga for the past 8 years at a couple of different Seattle area studios with a number of different instructors. By far, Bri is my favorite for so many reasons! She always has a kind, energetic and sunny demeanor and brightens the room even before she starts teaching. Bri tailors her classes to the students and always offer multiple levels of difficulty in each pose so that you always can feel challenged, or a have less intense position if that is what you need. She is super fit herself, which is highly motivating vs. those yoga instructors who just “talk you through” poses without actually doing them. Outside of the Yoga practice, Bri has recommended excellent books on mind & body fitness and to stretch one’s capabilities, which I also appreciate a lot. You can’t go wrong in taking her classes, both in person and on line. She has changed my life!”
